Experience Luxury,Comfort & Nature — All in One Stay
Permet, often called the "City of Roses," is a hidden gem in Southern Albania. If you are looking for a mix of adventure, relaxation, and authentic food, three days is the perfect amount of time to explore. Based at Kutal Park Inn, here is how to spend your time.
Start your journey just 15 minutes away from our hotel at the Benja Thermal Baths (Banjat e Bënjës). These natural sulfur springs are famous for their healing properties.
Morning: Soak in the warm pools and take photos of the iconic Kadiut Bridge, a stunning Ottoman-era stone bridge.
Afternoon: Hike into the Lengarica Canyon located right behind the baths.
Evening: Return to Kutal Park Inn for a bowl of traditional Shqeto soup—the perfect way to warm up after a day in the water.
The Vjosa River is the heart of Permet. Recently declared a National Park, it is one of the last wild rivers in Europe.
Morning: Book a Vjosa River rafting trip. The rapids are exciting but safe for families and beginners.
Afternoon: Visit the Stone of the City (Guri i Qytetit) in the center of Permet. Legend says it protects the town. Climb the stairs to the top for a panoramic view of the valley.
Dinner: Try our Pule me Pershesh (Village chicken) at the restaurant. It’s the energy you need after a day of paddling!
On your final day, slow down and enjoy the immediate surroundings of our hotel.
Morning: Take a walk through Kutal Village. This is authentic Albania—stone houses, friendly locals, and gardens full of fruit.
Afternoon: Visit a local workshop to see how Permet Gliko (fruit preserves) is made. It’s the sweetest souvenir you can bring home.
Evening: Enjoy a final sunset on the terrace of Kutal Park Inn with a glass of local Raki and our handmade Byrek.
